At present we do not have a shop or showroom to visit, however if you look at our Home Styling service, we are able to bring select products for you to view and consider within your own home. There will be a fee for this service, redeemable against any products purchased on the day.
Currently this is not something we offer, but we may look into this in the future.
You can either place and pay for your order online, through the online secure payment method. Alternatively you may place an order over the phone, or via email, where a confirmation will then be sent and payment taken prior to delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation via email and a confirmation to say that we have received your payment. Your order will then be processed and delivered via the chosen delivery method. If any of your chosen items are out of stock you will be notified and advised when back in stock, or if it is an end of line product.
If you select the ‘collection’ as opposed to the delivery option when placing your secure order online this will then be confirmed by one of our team. Once all of your items are available you will be notified that they are ready for collection. We kindly ask that you telephone us to let us know you are coming 24 hours in advance. Please do not attempt to collect your products without notification. Postcode for collection is SL1 7EF.
Delivery lead times are dependent on stock availability, however most of our items should be in stock, and will be delivered by your chosen delivery method at checkout.
We are governed by delivery zones, stipulated by our chosen carriers.

Zone 1 - England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
Zone 2 - The Highlands and islands of Scotland
Zone 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

If you would like delivery to a location that’s not listed, please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our very best to get your chosen products to you and we can then advise of the delivery costs.
This is dependent upon your chosen method at checkout and may vary depending on your location and volume of products ordered, please see our Delivery Costs for more information.
If you would like your delivery on a Saturday, we can arrange this through Parcelforce, however there is a premium added to the delivery charge. Please select Saturday Delivery at checkout for price confirmation.
We would be very unhappy to hear this as our goods are thoroughly checked prior to delivery, and we would be very sorry for the inconvenience to you, our customer. If this does occur, we are able to take products away on the point of delivery, so we strongly encourage our customers to check their products carefully and immediately inform us of any defects. We will of course replace your products as quickly as possible.
We do understand that sometimes you may not like a product once you have seen it, or you are just not totally satisfied with your choices. If this happens you can return any products to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you. Products will need to be returned as new, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please ensure they are packed securely to minimise any risk of damage and please ask your post office for proof of delivery.
